Napster Still Doesn't Care!

I just sent this note to Napster:

I see that you STILL haven't changed the title on the album that you are selling as "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." It's NOT the "Rocky Horror *PICTURE* Show" people! It's "The Rocky Horror Show." It is the cast recording from the most recent Broadway show. I have contacted you because I was fooled into buying it by mistake, and I have asked you several times to change the title so that other *CUSTOMERS* don't get tricked the way I was.

I guess that you just don't give a damn as long as you keep collecting the money.

I still think that I should get some kind of refund or credit, but I guess that you just don't care about the customer at all.

This gets blogged too (And it gets posted to usenet!). BTW, I'm thinking seriously about changing over to iTunes. Or perhaps as I live in Canada and peer to peer file sharing is still legal here, I'll just download from Limewire! Give me a reason why I sould keep sending you money every month! It sure as hell isn't your customer service!

I don't think that it will do any good, but I can at least vent about it!
