Reconnecting With Old Friends

Over the past few weeks I have been making some reconnections with a few old friends. A few of them have been due to posting my porfile on a site called Myspace.com (I'd been hoping for more, but I guess that my generation is not on the cusp of the whole blogging and friend profile thing ).

Last night on television, I actually saw a very good friend of mine from university on the news! She was working with something called the National Anthem Project where school children were challenged to sing the US National Anthem. It was cool to see her on tv. It was even cooler when I went to look for information about her on line and found out what she had been doing since university. Wow!

Hopefully, I'll be able to connect with more old friends. Maybe I'll make some new ones too. Check out my PROFILE on Myspace.com. But do me a favour. . . For some reason there are a lot of young women from Nigeria who want to be my friends and need help with moving money out of Nigeria into the United States. Something tells me that I don't want to be friends with them .
